Shipping and payment

We want shopping with us to come with no surprises. We try to answer everything important before you have to ask. If something is missing, write to us and we will add it.

Shipping

We ship orders every business day. If you order before noon and the item is in stock, it usually leaves us the same day, within 48 hours at the latest. Once we hand the parcel to the courier, you will get a tracking link by email.

Delivery

We ship across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Above 2,500 CZK, delivery is on us; below that amount, you will see the cost calculated in the cart.

• PPL to your address, 1 to 2 business days
• Pickup by appointment, free of charge

How we pack

We pack clothing and accessories in paper and a sturdy box, so the piece arrives in good shape. Shoes and bags have their own stuffing to keep their form in transit. If something still gets damaged along the way, photograph it along with the packaging and write to us, we will sort it out right away.

• Card online, instant and secure
• Bank transfer, we ship once payment clears
• Cash on delivery, cash or card with the courier

Returns and exchanges

You can cancel your purchase within 30 days, longer than the law requires, because we want you to be able to try the piece at home without rushing. Returned items must be undamaged, unworn and with the tag attached; footwear just needs to be tried on carpet. Send it back well packed and we refund within a few days of receiving it.
