Leather Handbag

We make this bag from vegetable-tanned cowhide, so over time it only deepens in color and develops its own patina instead of wearing thin. The shape is simple and rectangular, with two sturdy handles and a magnetic closure at the top, so you can reach inside with one hand. The size is medium, enough for a wallet, keys, a phone and a book, not a weekend bag. The cognac color ages beautifully and goes with everything else in the collection, from the coat to the satin dress. Both the leather and the stitching are handled by one Italian workshop that makes these bags in small batches.
